Cherie Bova joined Ryerson in July 2014. In her prior role as Administrative Coordinator for the School of Professional Communication, she supported the Chair in the coordination of administrative tasks to ensure ProCom's smooth operation. In her recent role as Manager of Administration, Cherie continues to support the Chair, governance processes and operations, in addition to human resources management. Cherie's background is in English and sociology. Her previous experience includes roles as an Associate Director within a university teaching and learning support centre, a Coordinator of Curriculum and Academic Standing overseeing the implementation of Senate policy at the Faculty level, and budget and event management positions.
